The consultation itself is free and comes with no obligation to hire Vantaverse afterward. The written plan we send you is yours to keep either way.

The plan is a set of recommendations based on what you tell us during the call or visit, our own judgement, and rough cost estimates where we give them. It is not a guarantee of results, savings, or timelines, and it is not professional legal, financial or tax advice.

Booking a slot reserves a specific date and time on a first-come basis. If you need to reschedule or cancel, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.

If you go on to hire Vantaverse for paid work, that work is covered by its own separate agreement (scope, prices, timelines) rather than by these terms.
